Two Nigerian music stars are ready to battle each other over copyright infringement with Jahbless calling out Timaya.
The rapper accused the Bayelsa-born singer of lifting the beat from his single, Jeje featuring Oritsfemi, for Timaya’s latest single Hallelujah.
Timaya dropped the video for Hallelujah last week Thursday, September 10. The video currently has over 20,000 views already on Youtube and massive airplay on television stations.
The self-acclaimed Olori Ebi took his rage to Instagram yesterday to post a portion of Timaya’s Hallelujah and threatened to take the issue to the law court.
He wrote: “Hey bro @timayatimaya who ever produced that your halleluyah jam should be jailed! ..he lifted the instrumental off my album , #iamme album track 2 “jeje ft @oristefemi ..and gave it to you. I want to believe you know nothing about it cos with your years of experience in this game you should know the consequences of copyright infringements. pls avoid such producers in future cos they might tarnish your image. And for you Mr producer, see you in court “.
Jeje was a single off Jahbless’s ‘I Am Me’ album produced by Krizbeat and released on democracy day, May 29. while Jez Blenda produced Timaya’s Hallelujah and released it on August 15.
As at the time of this report, all efforts to reach the two acts and their camps on this issue proved abortive but we will keep you posted on developments.

Linda Ikeji seems to have met her match, though more subtle, in beauty entrepreneur Dabota Lawson.
On Monday September 14, celebrity blogger Linda Ikeji drew the attention of her readers to the dark knuckles of ex-beauty queen Dabota Lawson, who is the wife of billionaire business mogul Chief Sunny Aku.
Linda wrote on her blog under a picture of Dabota: “Looks to me like light skinned ladies have yet to find the solution to dark knuckles – why? I noticed Dabota Lawson Aku’s knuckles in a video she posted on her Instagram page teaching people how to use her makeup. Doesn’t the creams they use work on knuckles?”
And on this many of her readers commented, using derogatory words to describe the ex-beauty queen’s dark knuckles and beauty products.
However, Dabota was more subtle in her comeback though not more gracious. Pointing out Linda’s own ashy knees, she stated that she was working on a solution to the dark knees and knuckles.

The pop star doesn’t give exact reason for the beef, but he announced on twitter that Sound Ciy deliberately refuses to put P-Square’s musical contents on their station.
To make the scenario worse, he implored fans to cease from watching Sound City and tune in to other music stations like MTV Base, Trace Urban and HipTv if they want to watch P-Square’s videos.
As at the time of this report, Sound City has not made any comment on the issue. While we await their response, see how it all brewed up.

According to The African Eye magazine, Jim and his 23 year old Lithuanian girlfriend Dana Kinduryte welcomed a baby boy on September 1st at Grady Hospital, Atlanta. The child has since been named Harvis Chidubem Iyke.
Jim Iyke took to his Instagram page, on the day of the delivery of his baby boy and left a creepy message that got everyone wondering what must have happened to him.
The proud father took to his Instagram page saying “Fifty Shades of Mr IYKE. #ThankYouLord #EternallyGrateful #TearsOfJoy #CapriciousMan #Gladysmiling #Gladysboi #TheBlessedManChronicles”.

However, five months after the couple found out they were expecting a child, Jim moved Dana into his apartment in Atlanta where he took proper care of her. Jim was said to be present and assisted in the delivery of his first child.

Please Watch Inside Dangote's Luxurious Abuja Mansion!!!
This is for those who have always wanted to have a sneaky peek at what the inside of the house of the richest man in Africa looks like.
Africa Cradle reports that they have been allowed to visit the mansion of the successful businessman, Aliko Dangote, in Abuja. The media portal says that the house is on sale, after the billionaire has lived in it for 12 years. Dangote has allegedly purchased a new house in the United Kingdom, where he wants to watch Arsenal FC and be present at all the games of his favourite team.

Dangote was quoted as saying as he was showing his living room:
“I have to be there! I have to be there. Television is an invention that permits you to be entertained in your living room by people you wouldn’t have in your home. I love watching television. I watch a lot of business channels, such as Bloomberg TV, which is my favourite and many others. I look forward to the day when Africa will have quality media, which gives us good entertainment, and insightful information into African business trends and those from other parts of the world as well. But yeah, welcome, this is my living room.”
The majority of business discussions are held in the room specially designed for meetings with partners and government officials.
Showing the correspondents into the kitchen, Dangote said:
“They say that the kitchen is the heart of the home. It is where the meals are created – it fuels the bodies, minds and souls of friends and families all over the world. Some say that while life may be created in the bedroom, it is certainly lived in the kitchen.”
The journalists’ journey continued with the demonstration of Dangote’s home office: the place where great business ideas emerge.
“Whether you work from home full time or a few hours a week, setting up your home office properly is important for your comfort and productivity. I have hosted a number of very important people here, including Bill Gates, President Goodluck Jonathan, and many others I am not inclined to mention.”
Then comes the most private areas of the house: a bedroom and a bathroom. The billionaire discloses he does not sleep a lot, adding that sleep lovers end up being poor.
“I feel bed to show you where I sleep, you know. But here is where I sleep. My wife and I try the best we can to keep this place as serene and quiet as possible. To tell you the truth, I spend less time here than I do in my office and elsewhere where I can work. I do value relaxation and unwinding, and I have read a lot of news articles and research studies that recommend eight to ten hours of sleep. But why should one sleep so much? To relax? Don’t get me wrong, relaxing is good, but if you love to sleep, poverty will be your portion. Well, this is my bedroom, let’s move on.”

Recall that earlier this year Aliko Dangote expressed interest in buying Arsenal club, which he is a big fan of. After sounding his wish, Dangote was harshly criticized by Nigerians over not desiring to support a Nigerian club. In response, the businessman explained:
“The issue is that if I buy all the Nigerian clubs, the Nigerian flags will continue to remain here. But buying Arsenal will take the Nigerian flag worldwide. Just like whenever Abramovich is mentioned, the name of his country, Russia comes up, everyone knows he’s Russian.”
